What do you advise on?

When should we bring you in?

As early as the brief will allow. Cost plans, scope and reporting are cheapest to get right before the first major commitment — not after the project is already under pressure.

Who do you typically work with?

We work closely with architects, engineers, builders, developers, lenders, councils and legal advisers, as well as owners and internal project teams. Our role is to work within the existing project structure and help bring the right people together when needed.

Do you cover residential, commercial and civil work?

Yes. We work across residential, commercial and civil projects, from residential new builds, townhouses to commercial developments, subdivisions and supporting infrastructure. Each project is approached according to its specific requirements, scale and level of complexity.

Where are you based?

We are primarily based in Christchurch and work with clients across New Zealand.

Can you take on live delivery and a distressed job?

Yes. Project management, superintendent cover and commercial control are core to the practice. If a live job is already off track, we steady programme, cost and decisions without a full reset.
